The Friars’ 70th Anniversary Celebration

Join 70 years of Friars alumni in Ann Arbor on April 10-11, 2026, for an anniversary celebration in tandem with the Glee Club's spring Hill concert.
We have a weekend of fun planned, including a Friday evening banquet at the Sheraton Ann Arbor Hotel, Saturday daytime gatherings at the Michigan League, and the Glee Club concert at 8:00 Saturday with afterglow following. We’re working on plans for a Prior Friars musical contribution to the Glee Club concert.

Glee Club Concert Tickets
Tickets for the Glee Club concert are not included in event registration and should be purchased separately. Please note that all tickets are general admission and are not reserved. Following is a link to the School of Music, Theatre & Dance's ticket sales site:
Hotel Accommodations
There are two official sources of hotel rooms for the weekend:
- The Sheraton Ann Arbor Hotel has a room block with standard rooms for $179/night, available Friday and Saturday nights. Reserve by calling the hotel at 1-888-236-2427 and mentioning "Michigan Friars Alumni 70th Reunion", or by using this online registration link. The room block at the Sheraton closes on March 20.
- The Inn at the Michigan League has several rooms blocked for us for Thursday-Saturday nights at $180-190 per night. Call the Inn at 734-764-3177 and mention the code FRIARS70. The room block at the League closes on March 9.
